Now i found the trick for this bug issue you have open the game and wait in the main screen around 13.58 and wait until the clock reset at 14.00 all daily ads will work 

i use this trick for a few days and see the pattern if i not open the game and wait in main screen it won't show daily ads. this day i found that if i late to open the game after 13.58 the daily ads will not show
