Re: data loss

First of all remove the screenshot of the player ID for safety reasons 

Press the wrench in the game,then press help which will open a webpage.
File a report under the banner I want to recover a deleted account.
you will need your player ID
This is found under download preferences
This will open a case
EA will respond via email

    also, like I said, those aren't my actual acc, those are the acc from when I redownloaded the game and tried to restore data using my email
