Re: how do I talk with an EA advisor

Here is a screenshot of the page you sent me. I read it as soon as it happened. And no matter how I clean the cache, no matter how I go in, even incognito, there are still no buttons on it that are shown in the illustration. There are no "Write to us by e-mail" buttons and "Start a chat with us" buttons. There is only a link "Answers HQ" (where I am writing to you). Compare the two screenshots. I repeat my question: to whom should I write my e-mail from Google Play account and Player ID? ( So that my progress is restored ) How do I contact EA Advisor? How do I start a chat with EA? Why am I being sent around to this forum and sent here again on the forum?

    Hi @uma3d8enegh7 

    Apologies for the delay, can you try selecting the option

    "I need help recovering my mobile game" instead of "I need help restoring my progress in my game"

    Also, you can reach the help site in-game by selecting the wrench icon > Help > "I need help recovering my mobile game"

    Check that option to see if you can see an email or chat option.
