I got a code from the ea support for my account and they told me to open the app and enter the code and what I’m trying to find out is where do I enter the code it says it’s a PVZ2 security code

Snow Pea Missing
The snow pea plant isn’t available for purchase in the store nor the almanac. It’s not listed as a seasonal plant so it should be available but it’s not. I was trying to buy it but I can’t.

BIRTHDAYZ FAULT
Level 10 birthdayz fault, win every match but a zombie can be partially seen at the end of the lawn but won’t move , plants can’t shoot it. Have to surrender the game every time

Game won’t stop crashing
I have tried to play this game daily but it consistently crashes every time I open it. I can’t get past the home events screen to accomplish anything. I hope this gets resolved soon.
