This post shows how you can contact PopCap for support. That is primarily for any issues you might be having but you should be able to still submit some ideas you have.

Alternatively I would recommend posting any ideas you have up here so that they can be read by not only PopCap but also the community too - could start a good discussion about what you guys would like to see.

Thank you Andy. I can't wait to tell what i got in mind. You'll be able to find my ideas in the new post i made it's called Plants vs. Zombies 2 ideas and suggestions.
