If you have an apple device or installed it through your Google play account try uninstalling/ reinstalling and if that doesn't work then you need to contact EA HELP CENTER (below) and give them your player i.d. number.
If you linked up your game progress to Google or Apple you should be able to recover it by signing back into the account. We always recommend syncing the game progress up in the event a device is lost, broken, or files become corrupt.
