How long do I have to wait?
There has been no change since the purchase restotation request a few weeks ago.
I can't continue to receive the Kiwibeast plant.
Is there no responsibility as a global game company because you can't handle a bug like this quickly?
@vuk8en09z82u You may not want to post your Player ID - someone can steal it and do bad things to your EA Account.
This has been an ongoing issue for months now. You will need to submit a help ticket to EA Help to get them to unlock your purchase. There are other posts out there on how to at least stop the Daisy of Doom and allow you to get into your game. Until this new "Restore Purchase" game function is fixed, it is best not to tempt fate and try purchasing more plants and things. EA Help won't believe that you purchased the item, even after you send all the proof you have showing you paid for it. I finally got my Pea Vine that I bought in Mid May after contacting EA Help AND PVZ through Twitter last month. Until then, I just kept getting the run around.
What is frustrating is that this is a KNOWN problem and EA still refuses to help its players unlock rightfully purchased plants.
