I chose to uninstall this app because EA refuses to address this issue. I wanted to actually buy premium plants and told the customer service representative.  I will not support a company that refuses to fix their bugs. I sent 3 support emails and got an automatic response. I painted some cool halloween cutouts for my yard for PVZ and wanted to paint some PVZ2 cutouts too. Its a shame. I liked all the characters and concepts too. I wanted to buy the Neighborhood game for the switch but now I won't. I have other mobile games to play that actually are fun and not frozen.
