If you are using a VPN you maybe getting this message. I was getting that message when I was using a VPN.

- @StormyHeather11 No, I don't use VPN. With it the purchase window just freezes forever. Google support gave a lot of advice, but nothing helped... so f,,, it all. If they don't need my money, then I don't insist
