I have followed the tips given and I am still experiencing the same issue.
You say to include details when I contact support to let them know, but the contact section is apparently looping.
So, I now have uncollectable items on the monthly screen and the 'special screen' and no way to report this.
What do you suggest?
- @EA_Illium Me too!! I have restarted my phone, cleared my cache, Uninstalled and reinstalled, and it is still not working.
I thought it had been fixed because I finally managed to get the first one, but now it's back at June 1st.

Marked as SOLVED? Uhh, it really isn't. This is probably a trick, how EA solves problems.

This is still an issue.

It's no more a problem and it can be now safely marked as SOLVED.
Both calendars changed at 0:00 UTC. Now there is a button "CLAIM" and you can manually claim your reward. And it works, at least for the first day.
Hopefully, it won't get wrong on the next day.
I cannot receive anything since June 1. i tried waiting for any reply and I still have the same issue

OK, my hopes were too high. After 1 day, it returned to the same state. Stuck on Jun 1st and no buttons to collect rewards.
Sorry for talking about "safely marked as SOLVED". It's not solved, it's broken again.

Hi, I tried all the troubleshoot before posting here, so I must say, dear moderator, your solution isn't one.
But *surprise* today I managed to claim the reward for the 1st of June.
Looks like it works.
Question: will we get a compensation? I mean, the rewards we were unable to claim. (There was also a timed event that we weren't able to claim)

- BigKubaVTM2 years agoNew Rookie@CrazyChickenLady Don't set your hopes too high. I was able to grab rewards once too, but next day I was stuck again. I was able to grab rewards, because I was online at 0:00 UTC (like @kurokeh mentioned).

Able to claim rewards. Someone must have taken a magic wand to both calendars. Big Wave has 5 days left, but seems like will miss out on last 2 days. Wonder how long this will last til magic wand breaks? Time for a cup of ☕!

This is absolute BS. Today is the 12th June. It has now been 12 days, and no rewards available. No daily calendar reward, no Big Wave Beach reward. It seems very clear that EA Games have no desire OR intention on fixing this.
I have tried clearing cache, uninstalling - nothing works.
If ANYBODY has a fix for this, then please post it.
IF EA games just happen to read this (I have better chances of winning the Lotto) then please fix.
I have a ticket in. Same issue with Big Wave Beach Calendar. I have had calendar synch issues for four months, this seems different as there is no claim button. I have tried all tips in the EA HELP GUIDES. No change.

Yep. It would be really nice for someone at EA to even ackowledge this problem. - @EA_Illium Please find a fix for this. All of us are having the same issues. Nothing you have suggested is a fix. Needs to be a resolution on the developer side of things.

Thanks for sending over the magic wand mechanics. They did a very good job. Got my calendar rewards. Owe you a cup of coffee. Curious, did u use Mechanical Magicians or Sorcery Success?
