@eieio_31310 Make sure to plant one column of SP on C1. Otherwise you'll get overrun by chickens right at the start. My initial load-out is 5 SPs on C1 and 3 SPs on the column the Pirate Seas Zombies land (C5 (?)). Additional sun is used for Moonflower.
Here is a 4M score and my strategy for the Boosterama. I'm sure it can go higher since I only played 4 practice matches. It'll be an easy Boosterama tournament for level 1 plants if you have Imitater.

Using bass boost perk.
You will have to buy plantfood for iceberg lettuce, unfortunately his freezing effect doesn't last long at level 1, there are some available for killing zombies and you do have a few thyme warps as well.
Place the plants as shown for maximum coverage and put your first iceberg lettuce somewhere safe.
Keep on planting spikeweeds on column 8 so witch hazel doesn't create more puffshrooms and dig up any puffshrooms that are in danger of pushing your protected plants backwards.
Just keep on freezing every new wave, let them get pushed back and let witch hazel zap them into nothingness.
Peanut/ blover is usually good against aerostatic gondola zomboss but at level 1 he's too expensive and even when armoured he can only take a couple of green fire lanes, unfortunately the three chili power tiles are right at the front and they need to be at the back.
As soon as the match starts plant reinforcemint to armour your peanuts and spew peas at him.
I can win on two chilis but not on 3, with my higher level profiles i can usually get 6-8 gems as well at three chilis.

The Zomboss fight is pretty easy if you have Power Lily. However, I feel like it's impossible to get him down to Lv46. I tried really hard but always run out of time with Lv1 plants. You'll have to use two PFs to recharge Bombard-mint right at the start. Otherwise the Zomboss will freeze the column in front of him...
I tried the exact same load-out on my Lv2 profile and got the Zomboss down to Lv46 on my first try. This shows that a single upgrade already makes a difference.
Now I have to work on an F2P load-out....

Yes it does. A level 1 turkey pecks 65 DPS and a level 2 turkey pecks at 84.5 DPS. With the amount of turkeys and over the time of the tournament, this small percentage of increase adds up to a large amount of zomboss damage.

I wanted to make this profile my level 3 profile but there are quite a few plants that don't have enough seed packets yet (mainly the Power-Mints)...so I'll wait until I can level up all plants at once.

For the F2P strategy you have to abuse the Weasels 🙂
Use all Plant Food at the beginning. Two PF to recharge Bombard-Mint and one PF to recharge Arma-Mint. Use Enchant-mint when the first Sandstorm comes in and let the Weasels gnaw at the Zomboss. Additional PF is used to recharge Arma-mint.

How are they making money? All nightclubs should be closed currently because of Covid. They really need to find a new job. Otherwise they won't be able to afford Smugprizes if they ever decide to get back into the Smugprize business.
