    Just a quick sanity check, have you got more than one email?  If so, please do check that you have used the right one to recover your progress.

    Firstly do not delete programs from your phone or pc, always uninstall/ reinstall them.

    1.You should have seen a screen something like the one below and you should have selected the option with your player id number on it and your account details etc.. and it should have turned green and on the next screen you should have confirmed it and carried on.

    2. If you didn't see it or If you signed up to EA's email registration scheme then tap the cloud at the bottom left of the loading screen and tap the big button and enter THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU USED TO REGISTER WITH and they should send you a code to recover your account, make sure there isn't an extra blank space at the end or it won't work. 

    3. If you didn't sign up to EA's email registration scheme then i hope you have the ORIGINAL  player id number, not the one you have now, if you do then tap HELP CENTER at the bottom of the page and make out a missing content report and they should be able to restore your account from their backups.

    If you don't have your ORIGINAL  player id number you can contact them and still make out a missing content report, tell them what happened,  provide screenshots of your purchase history for your premiums (Google account purchase history) and include any proof you had any others and at least you should be able to get the plants you paid cash for back.

    Screenshot your player id number and sign up to EA's email registration scheme if you haven't already done so.
