@simbratI did got my progress back, but the bad news is they can't give the original resources & plants I have. I guess there's no more hope for me at all.. They gave me around 250K coins & 600 gems only. I already deleted my PvZ 2 Account since there's nothing I can do at all. Guess it is time for me to say goodbye to my 10 Year Progress... (or mybe not yet since I can file a case to restore my deleted account, right?)
@Shakesperian1234 This is a sad news to hear.
If you are to further your quest in getting your progress (old account) back, I suggest you need to act quick as I recall backup servers normally have a set length of time the data can be rolled back to but given your latest news I think the chance of recovering would be slim otherwise the advisor would not have offered you coins and gems as compensation albeit embarrassingly small.
To get a better chance to get the advisor(s) for another new case, I think information preparation would be an advantage.
I make a list below and if there is anything missing, maybe other forum members can comment.
1. If you have screenshots of your original player ID, or have noted it down, this will give you a better chance to get help.
2. If you have spent real money to purchase cash premium plants, please provide the receipt or any other proof of purchase.
3. Screenshot of your in game currencies (Mints,Coins, Gems) or plant collections from your Almanac could also be used as evidents for claiming the missing items.

- @eieio_31310 So I can get my deleted account back? I still have some screenshots of my original player ID, the purchases I've made, and my in game currencies too that got reset since I've been chatting with the advisors since yesterday and today.
A slim chance, but if you persist there might-be a copy of your original account archived some where in the backup server.
- simbrat1 year agoNew Scout@Shakesperian1234 Oh wow. I'm glad you at least were able to get through to someone, but sad you weren't able to recover everything. I would totally look into getting your deleted account restored and see if that enables you to go back to playing without losing all of your plants.
- @simbrat I'm going to file a case in recovering my deleted account a little later. Good thing I didn't delete the screenshots I've made, there's a really slim chance for me to get my account back since I deleted it yesterday.
- @simbrat I've just chatted an advisor already about restoring my deleted progress. The advisor told me to wait 24 Hours for an E-mail. The advisor gave my Player ID to the team & they'll contact me tomorrow.

- @simbrat I recently got an E-mail from EA a few minutes ago, & they told me they will email me & update My Cases page as soon as they have new info.

- @simbrat I've got an E-mail from them last night & they told me to attach a screenshot of my Player ID through my Email. Do they respond to me once I give my screenshot to them? Or shall I chat them through my Cases? Just curious.

- @simbrat Or does it mean, it is solved? Because when I look through my cases again, it was updated In Progress around 7:28 am.

@Shakesperian1234 If they've contacted you via email for your player ID, then reply to the email with the screenshot of your player ID and they will respond back to you to let you know when to check your game if they have been able to restore everything. They will let you know if they were unable to do so as well. I don't think it should take too long for them to get back to you.
- simbrat1 year agoNew Scout@Shakesperian1234 Just keep checking both your case and email and keep in touch with the EA Help Staff you've been in contact with so that you know when they have results for you.
- @simbrat They just replied to me back & the game advisor sent me a link to recover my mobile gaming account. And I'm gonna do it right now.
- @simbrat They sent me a link where it will take me to Troubleshoot lost mobile game progress. I messaged the advisors through my Email that I linked my personal email for my mobile gaming account data. I did meet the requirement, but I am not sure what to do next.

- @simbrat An advisor emailed me this morning & they say that they can't find my game data of my Player ID. I replied to them by sending screenshots of my Player ID & the purchases I have made. Man, it sucks... I'm really scared that my progress might be gone forever... What shall I do now?

@Shakesperian1234 Well, I really hope that they can find your game data and restore all of your progress, plants and resources. If they can't, maybe they will be kind enough to at least unlock a decent amount of plants for you to go along with the game coins and whatever else they were willing to give you.
