Re: Lost the sound in Pvz2

May I ask what gaming devices are you using?  I ask because I have not seen many reports about the sound effect muting and this might have been a platform related issue.

I updated to 10.3.1 last night and have the same experience.  All of my my iPhones running different versions of IOS, the sound effect was muted after the update.  What I found was if I press the spanner button and then adjust both the in game music and sound effect, I can sometimes cause the sound effect to de-mute and return to almost 'normal' (with some back ground distortion)

Edit: Forget to mention there was also occasional game dropping out unexpectedly and I have to restart the App. Once this was happing on the completion of the 7th Arena win streak and I have  missed out the all of the rewards 🤬
