I have been playing around with my sunless strategy and have almost scored 4.7m.
When a h🐹msterball shows up, i let it crush my imppear and plant another one in front of it to delay it while my other plants burst it.

Good score for the load out but I think there are rooms for a little improvement.
I suggest to replace Lightning Reed with Torchwood as this would make better use of your Pea Vines.
As for Puff-shroom, I would replace it with Ail-mint to enhance your Imp Pears since they are not at a high level.
I think 5M+ or even 6M should be a possibility as this combos would have sufficient powers to hold the ZDL high in the last 30 seconds.
This is my best so far with my midsies. Whenever Zmech sets up and becomes vulnerable i plantfood a torchwood/peavy or a sbr/peavy and that wipes him out, even the Zmech worth 625,000.

Week 272 - SeaFlora's tournament
With too many plants accidentally upgraded to level 2, my oldest L1 profile can no longer be classed as level 1 plants so I post my strategy here instead since there was no low level mini forum could be found.
This Tiled Bowing Bulb strategy can average to 1.5M, it does help me to pass the 7-win streak and with good RNG, I could almost reach 1.8M

Have you tried the frozen mint trick at the bottom left corner? I think it might be able to get your plants to the 4M club.
I didn't play much with my midsies because there isn't anything that i need from the streak rewards as the usual new plant pinatas are absent.

Beansprout tournament, a slight variation on Long Vu's 7m+ strategy.
Usually scores 6-7m and so far my highest is 7.9m so 8m could be possible.

I tried it with MGP but bowling bulb scores slightly higher.
My midsies are enjoying a party in the 12m club due to frEAk RNG.

It is no longer possible to dig up plants before the match starts.
My midsies have joined the 4m club so as a trEAt i have let them take out my Smuggly-Davidson.
My midsies have just tried the new penny's pursuit and levels 2 and 5 have level 1 plants in them instead of the correct level.
I replayed level 1 on the easiest setting with different plants and this time my plant levels were correct.
