I have another search on PVZ2 with the word new plants.
It appears that there are indeed a range of new mint plants are added.
It might be that some game testers are trying out these new plants on the forthcoming 6.71 release.
I think it is About Time that EA is putting back some excite-mints back into the PVZ2 game play.
(sorry just cannot resist the puns...)
They could put excitement back in the game by putting back in what they took out. Bring back the 4-hour challenges and Severe World challenges. Actually, even if it were an 8-hour interval, that would be better than what they have now.
It seems like they're trying to force people to makes purchases and play Battlez, but I suspect there are a lot of people like me who simply put the game down when they run out of free stuff to do rather than paying for gauntlets in order to play Battlez.
They can do whatever they want, I mean it's their product and they have a right to sell it for whatever price they set.
I hope "mints" are not the beginning of some kind of Candy Crush crossover.
A candy-themed zombie killing game is sorta like pickle-flavored ice cream.
I think most people would not mind paying their hard earn cash for entertainment – be it paying to have a chance to play to win or simply just pay to win.
What people do not like is to be paired against ‘talented’ players who have achieved all plants at maximum level and or with 0 sun cost.
I enjoy winning from using my PVZ knowledge and skill but not by luck, I have above average level plants because I have been a PVZ player for quite a long time and when Battlez paired me against low level plant players, it makes the winning meaningless. Likewise, I do not mind losing to real game players with better game knowledge and skills as this gives me a chance to learn and make progress.
Now since I know some Battlez can start with handicaps such as no sun requirements on maxed out plants, we normal players or payers would not stand a chance… Now this is discouraging.
