Re: New update destroys game

Yes we are all experiencing problems.I suggest you report the problems to EA by pressing the wrench ,then help and report a problem.

This forum is for players who try and help and not EA. By filing a report it may prompt them to fix things sooner.

    Hi everyone, I merged some messages here so we could keep everything related to the crashed and last update in one spot.

    Can I confirm with you if you have tried our troubleshooting steps for Android or iOS ? If so, could you confirm the following details:

    • Name of your device
    • Version of your device system (you can usually check that in your device's settings)

    edit: well, it looks like the crashing issues are currently being investigated, so we actually won't need user details (for now, anyway). Thank you for the reports and for your patience!

  • Just fix it already!  Game won't even load - it crashes on the loading screen.  I can't collect the daily reward (and if you don't collect on that day, the day is gone),can't even attempt to play pinata party - nothing!  I've uninstalled & reinstalled to no avail.

    Uninstalling and reinstalling will not do anything.It will only effect purchasing stuff in the store.The game had to be fixed with another update.

    we as players will have to wait,but they are never quick to sort it out as we have experienced many times in the past
