Could you also check on the following: If someone bought the Power Mint Pinata for 25 mints that gives random seeds and was able to get 100 seeds for Reinforce-mint, would they now be able to unlock Reinforce-mint right away (they weren't before because it didn't show up in the Almanac). I've heard complains that one still has to spend 100 mints to unlock R-mint. I have no idea if the mints spent on the random Mint Pinata are just down the drain or if they can be used to level up the mints once they are unlocked. Thanks

No they shouldn't need to spend. All mint seed packets are created equal so if you get 100 via the pinata, should still unlock the same way that buying the 100 offer would

If that is not the case it's definitely not intended.
