same here, not cleared jsut liek last week

I have logged a missing reward claim for last week's as well as this week's gems, extra coins and seed packages, let's see how helpful our Help center staffs are. 👿
- @eieio_31310 They got back to me pretty fast last time~~ I was actually surprised because i thought they would be swamped with missing accounts... ever since Psp, my bluestacks goes into some kind of i don't know trance or whatever and will allow me gems and gauntlets for ads again despite me having got them.. when are they going to fix these weird bugs i wonder...
@Perfume-shroom92 My guess is it will take a very long time as this will be done very slooooowly on limited resources since the main resources are needed for supporting the soon to be released worldwide PVZ3. (well I have Starfruit unlocked on all of my active profiles now but EA still need to fix this bug for the benefit of the new players or players who not got enough seeds to unlock these new given plants)
Yep, they definitely need to fix that soon. I'm not affected by this bug but it seems like quite a few players have it. I would imagine it is difficult to investigate a bug when no everyone is affected.
I wonder if players who have that bug also have the "Reset Perk" bug. Maybe they are somehow related. I know @Perfume-shroom92 has both :/
- @eieio_31310 I’ve flagged Haem on reddit to the bug and Haem says the QA believe it might be something to do with my playing on 2 devices. I said to Haem that I’ll play only on the iPad. I’ve gone in earlier and was not seeing last last weeks progress show (yet). I’ll try it on my phone later on to see if this stuffs up the progress.
- @RogueYumei Hmmm.....i was only on one device yesterday when i went in and out which still didn't work though.... i saw it after going out twice. Try going in and out a few times and see if that changes...

I have been playing Arena (Battlez) from day one so have enough seed packages to unlock the given plants on all of my active profiles (and take them to high level) but if you have not got that many seeds banked, then every packet counts.
All, today I have received a reply from the helpful advisor asking for more details of the fault and providing them with a list of what items of rewards are missing (and on which profiles). So I will busy working out what I need to to put things right and hopefully can assist in getting the problem solved for other players as well.

- @PowerToss Yup it is~~~ i was solely on bluestacks with my phone turned off when this happens. I wasn't planning to play Psp on my phone *cough* to save some battery for my PP but still it happens anyway~~
To all players who have been affected by this bug
A note to let you know I have my missing contents corrected with the helpful advisors from the Help Center.
I was asked to provide a list of missing contents and this was a challenge because I could not see what the First Clear Rewards were, luckily, the information was available from YouTube.

Just so you are aware what you have missed out should you have been unlucky like me to be hit with this bug, these are:
For week 2, 5000 coins, 16 gems and 65 Explode-O-Nut seed packages
For week 3, 5000 coins, 20 gems and 45 Starfruit seed packages
I attach a copy of the table I made from the information I obtained from YouTube for reference and if you need to file a missing content claim, then you can either copy it or point them to check here.
I can see next week's PP's 1st clear rewards should be ok (as this is a two week quest) and have my fingers and toes crossed hoping this issue will be fixed in time for the new PP.

Thanks for your effort @eieio_31310 . I am glad only my lv1 profile had this problem so i do not need to ask ea help.
@Perfume-shroom92 Glad you like them. I know the helpful advisors are already overloaded with claims so just to make it easier for them to read and understand.
@HenryThePear I did not make any claim for my level 1 profiles as 1) I do not have enough time to play and 2) I do not think they are ready for it yet. Guess it is good time to spend a few gems I have collected over the year.
Similar bug shows up again after the initial reset. What happened was after I played the easy and hard setting on level 1, an adverts appeared and then screen frozen with a black image.
I restart PVZ2 and when I enter Penny's Pursuit, all levels were marked as played. I also check other profiles and they all had been affected. (Photo below)
I also attach the list of first clear rewards available here for players who are affected to know what items have been missed.
So for me, on the profile I played, I lost 4400 coins, 16 gems and 45 Solar Tomato seeds.
On all other profiles I have lost the whole set of first clear rewards.

- @eieio_31310 oh dear....your bug is worst than mines....at least the advert only appeared when i left penny and re-enter...
- @eieio_31310 Mine is still broken even though I've entered with 1 device. ☹️ Probably just the fact we have the game on multiple devices causes it to go into a tizzy. I've not lodged any claims at all - TBH I've given up on Penny's Pursuit.
@Perfume-shroom92 Now that I know the action of closing and re-starting of the PVZ2 App can cause the level progress to be auto-filled (as completed), this is what I plant to do next week, I will wait until it has switched over to the new quest with all 5 levels reset to not played, I will turn off the data so to stop the ads and any possibilities of syncing to the server. Play and complete the quests before I turn the data back on.
If this works (probably just for one profile) then I will do a detailed report to Haem and ask if this can be fixed.
@RogueYumei To me, Penny's Pursuit is a good quest for gems and coins, the seed packages are just a bonus, this is because I already have most of the seeds earned by completion of quests in the past years. Take Solar Tomato for example, it went straight to level 10 on my main profile and level 8 on the high profiles.

@eieio_31310 Penny's Pursuit is like Arena and is only available with wifi/data turned on 😉

@PowerToss True. But once you have the menu on the screen, you should be able to play without data connection so this is my theory to test if the data from server is corrupting my level progress. 👿

@eieio_31310 do you think you can be the guinea pig and met me know whether the progress will reset? 👿 Since this is a new update 👿 as suggested to me by someone~~
@Perfume-shroom92 I have just played one round of the easy setting without internet connection, re-started the App, enabled internet, re-enter and it seems ok, I am hoping it will remain like this after I have done the other difficulty settings. (My hope is the 8.01 update has somehow fixed this.... so fingers and toes crossed)
