EA do you drug screen your employees? I think some of them are smoking crack at lunch! They’ve closed my cases twice and in the third entry they marked it as fixed. So why are cases being closed if they are not fixed and why are cases that have been fixed being marked fixed if they’re not? I bet they’re not even looking into the issue! It’s obvious you just don’t care! Whatever happened to Customer loyalty? This issue continues into its seventh week. Is there a problem issue record of some type that you’re trying to set? Please help me understand. I know if I ran my business like this I’d be filing bankruptcy soon! But, I know you got deep pockets! So, reach a little deeper into those pockets and find some first tier Coders and get things fixed!

Things are still broke! We need a consolidation of reporting, so point everyone who has posted similar issue to this and add daily commenting! It’s an impossibility that this can’t be fixed, EA just doesn’t give a * any more!

Lost 10 jewel rewards again after completing all the ‘Daily Activities’! EA just don’t care and refuses to fix this coding error! Wow….

It crashed on startup, then I couldn't get the Birthdayz and calendar daily rewards. And of course, the usual 10 gems gone.

And of course it does it again today! Please EA get it together over there!

Well, I ended up getting all my rewards on Friday and Saturday, but yesterday and again today the same crap keeps happening! That’s 4000 Jewel at this point! Come on EA get it together!

Well, it did it again today. What a crock! 4000 Jewels and counting! 

Again and again! Ripped off day after day in not getting our ‘Daily Activities’ 10 jewel completion rewards. Why offer what you can’t deliver! EA won’t fix the issue and doesn’t even acknowledge the problem. EA should build in some customer service training, but I guess you might have to care somewhat to start with before you want to try to do the right thing!
