We work with rude people all the time, i would like to point out (unrudely) that when you create a post you can add up to 3 screenshots, which saves many people from doing google searches looking for what you already know but we don't.

hmm, a Pumpkin Wizard?

I do not think we have this plant in the international release (yet).

It also seems to have a strange ability which is like a weak Cauli-power where the magical effect to hypnotise a zombie to fight against other zombies only lasts for a duration.   Not sure I would class this as a useful plant considering the 250 sun cost.

Must just be a difference in preference then.....i don't seem to want the chinese version and I am happy with whatever plants they are producing for the international version. But then again, posting it here wouldn't change anything since its just players. Maybe reddit will be a better place....

Its not a duration ITS basically a hypnoshroom that can shoot..It only works in ONE lane Plus Definitely worth the sun cost

Sorry, I missed out some details.  It is similar to the zombie wizard, the effect lasts for a duration when the pumpkin is alive, if it gets eaten by throw imps, prospector and kicked or dropped zombies, the hypnotising effect disappears.
