I've been read your issue. Did you saved your progress through Google Play Games or via EA Registration?

If so, the good news is there is a way to recover it. If you saved your progress through Google Play Games, just tap the Play Games logo located at the right bottom of the screen. After that, log in your existing Gmail account for you to recover the synced progress. If you saved your progress via EA Registration, just tap the cloud icon at the bottom left of the screen then register your existing EA Account. Once you're done, the saved game conflict will appear then select the progress you want to continue.(Note: If you've picked a wrong one, your old progress will gonna be replaced with the progress you've selected.)

If you didn't sync your progress to your existing account, then you must contact EA Help Center to restore your progress(Remember : You must have your Unique Player ID with you to restore your progress.)
