Many of us are experiencing this same problem and there has been no update from EA about it being fixed. I just heard back on my support ticket that they want me to prove who I really am. But the English in the support emails is hard for me to understand so I'm not confident they know what is happening.
Community ManagerI’m on an iPad Pro running maximum updated OS v16.3.1 and I have crashes happening probably once every 10 minutes. There is not a specific area or trigger, it happens while collecting items, fighting zombies, etc. most recently during a pennys pursuit game. I feel that this started happening in the last 2 weeks. Potentially even the last week and centered around the the most recent iOS upgrade. The iPad is stable during other games and activities and has no known issues, it is only pvz2 having the problem. Please advise.
