Re: Pvz 2 game randomly resets; account data lost forever

Been playing this game since 2013 and have made multiple purchases over the year. Opened the game up today and everything is GONE. Reading the replies, it says I should click the wrench, then click Help to report a problem. When I click Help, nothing happens.

If I click Restore progress, it says to complete Egypt 7 to restore progress. I'm afraid to go forward and perhaps overwrite something that I've worked on for over a decade. Can anyone give me some help with this?

Try clicking the Help Center link at the bottom of this page, hopefully, you can get a helping slot after a little waiting, there is a very long queue at the momenet given the recent releases randomly reseting iOS players accounts.

Hi there, have you ever found solution to fix this problem? I also have this happened to me, and it's very hard to find customer support.
