- @eieio_31310 Thank you but that's another problem is I don't remember my old player ID and I don't think they're is any other way to find it
Players progress are saved on the server with a backup. Should there be any data coruption or errors occur on the player's account saved file, the Help Center advisor can retrive the old progress from the backup, but to do so, the advisor need to be sure which account is to be restored, a correct player ID (referencing to the account) is required.
Since you have registered your email address with EA, this might be enough information for the advisor to work on IF your current player ID has NOT been changed due to the glitch which resets your game, I would still suggest to try contacting the Help Center and open a Missing Content case with your current player ID and see if there is any previous data to be restored from. Just be prepared to accept disappointment but there is still a chance, albeit slim, but as the old saying goes, if you do not try, you will never find out.

I tried a few years ago to get my progress back and I was told that they couldn't help me I haven't played since I want to know is it still not possible I have Google play achievements that show I had progress so was I lied to?
Hi toastedtoaster77 I have the same problem as you, lost everything. Did you ever hear back from EA support? I'm currently on day 10 after raising a support case and heard nothing as yet.
