Re: PvZ2 Download Fail

Just checking if your device is still being supported.

What device are you using?  have you got enough memory left for the download and unpack?

    Hi!

I am running the game on an iPhone 14, IOS 16. I am running low on storage but still have 5GB available. Do you think that is enough storage? Do I need to upgrade to IOS 17?

No, IOS upgrade is not necessary, I have the game running from iphone 6S to 14 pro max with various versions of IOS (only recent update caused my 5S to have starting up issue but that was running on IOS12 so it is no longer in use).

The game can take over 2.5GB in storage depending how long it has been installed and played, but with 5GB spare, there should be more than enough for both data download and unpack.

IF you have made good progress and collected premium plants, I suggest you note down your player ID before attempting to delete and re-install the game.  Since your game will not startup, on IOS there is a second way to read your player ID without starting up the App.  The player ID can be accessed from

    Settings > PVZ 2 > PLAYER INFO > PlayerID.

There are 5 sets of codes, screenshot or note them dowm just in case you need to contact Help Center for assistance.

Once the above is done, you can try deleting the game and re-install to see if the fault clears.  Good luck.
