This just started happening to me today, after purchasing a bundle. It's making me so incredibly ANGRY!

It usually shows up after a reinstall or update and just goes away by itself eventually.
It's annoying but there are worse bugs in pvz2.

- @MAGICDAVESHROOM I've had the bug for months now. It hasn't changed. I assumed it was the cause of a problem where when I push a button for an ad, all the ad buttons goe away as if it's about to play the ad, but then they just come back, without playing the ad without giving me the Gauntlet, Gems, Fuel, or Coins I would have gotten had the ad played. Are these related problems for everyone?
The restore purchases bug is not connected to anything else, as far as i know
It usually appears after an update or reinstall and i have found it normally goes away on it's own.
I have no problem with ads for gems or gauntlets but i tried getting some coins and the coins banner went away and came back , no ad or reward.
I tried clearing cache and that had no effect.
I started getting this bug on my iPad after loading iOS 14. Then my iPhone auto updated to iOS 14.0.1 and now it too has the bug. Virtually unplayable now. Opening a case in the EA help format is impossible, keep sending me to dead ends and never able to actually report the bug. Would be neat if I could just chat with a help rep!
@kwrayfish It's an old bug that normally goes away on it's own and reappears if you reinstall or update.
You can make out a bug report but you won't get a response as they just kick them upstairs.
You can't contact them directly, all you can do is email them.
