Thanks for the info. Sorry if I seem dumb but in the buffs that are in effect now I'm assuming the red x is for electric plants and of course the pea icon makes pea shooter type plants stronger but what is the scissors for I guess it's just not coming to me it's prolly obvious lol

thanks

The scissors makes all plants that work with Spearmint stronger,  Laser Bean,  Parsnip, Spike Rock and Homing Thistle for example. If you look in your almanac the plants should have their family icon next to them. This signifies which Mint gives them special powers.

The scissors mean that spearmint family plants are boosted, the appeasemint family are also boosted (double damage).

Filamint plants are ineffective which means they do no damage at all unless you are using m200 plants.

The yellow down arrow (not used this week) means the plants only do half damage.

If you go to your almanac and tap on a mint it will tell you which plants are in it's family.

And just because a particular powermint is boosted doesn't mean you should use it or a plant in it's family in a successful strategy, imitated imppear usually does very well in boosterama events with bowling bulb to kill those annoying little imps.
