As a wise and sensible player, i am certain that you have already signed up for EA's email registration scheme and screenshot your player id number.
As you will have already done that then install pvz2 onto your new fruity phone and use the email registration scheme to get a unique code sent to your new device to unlock your account from EA's backup servers and it should work without any problems even though you are going from an android device to an ios device.
Once you have done that and are certain that it is correct, take another screenshot as they now have an extra device id number, which will be different.
