Firstly, if you signed up for EA's email registration scheme then you should try that.
You will get sent a code that should fully restore your old account.
Secondly, if you didn't save your player id number then EA can't/won't be able to find your old account backup from their servers.
If you have an old device that still has an older version of pvz2 then you should be able to disconnect it from the Internet and screenshot it or write it down.
How do I get the ea email registration thing, I don't think I've signed up for it.

I lost my progress in game Pvz2 after the lastest update.
I try to get my data from iCloud but its not work.

Yes, I use iCloud account - Have you recently restored your device or reinstalled the app?
No - Did you update your device recently? If so, what version of the operating system are you now using?
No - What type of device are you playing on? (Please specify the model, e.g., Apple iPad Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy Fold 6, Google Pixel 9, etc.)
IPhone12 Pro Max - What is the current version of your operating system? (e.g., iOS 17, Android 14, etc.)
IOS 17.4.1 - What language is your operating system set to?
Japanese - Is your copy of PvZ 2 fully up to date? Yes, I think so.
I check my account data at iCloud Game Center, just have a lot of game certificates but don’t have game progress.

If you signed up for EA's email registration scheme then you can get a unique code sent to your email address to restore your account from the backup servers.
This takes about 5 minutes.
If you have your player id number, you can contact EA HELP CENTER by tapping on help center at the bottom of this page.
Please note that EA can't/ won't restore an account without your player id number so please screenshot it and keep it safe.
If you have a new profile and can't get EA to recover your old one from the backup servers, they will add plants to your new startup account if you have proof of purchase from your purchase history.

Same bro. After i submitted 2 weeks ago they dont ever reply on me. I just give up on this game nah they will not resolve my problem just quit this game * this

@Sadiaboii now send a newest post accompanied by a video and you can watch it .The player in this video will teach people how to recover and save their lost account or data due to PVZ2 11.7 date.

i have a question, in my case after loggin my pvz 2 there is a identity conflict tab poppin in. Should i pick one then find the player id according to the video but i will choose the account i get after the update and lost progress?

considering i am not the one in the video.Anyway he said in the vidoe that u need to use the attachment to provide a screenshot of your id to let ea know and it is vital.
