I have the same problem. You can write to the developers in the chat (don’t forget to indicate your ID) at help.ea.com, but it’s not a fact that they will answer. They promised to answer me in 17 minutes, but two hours have already passed and there is no answer. If your problem will not be solved, I recommend to give the game one star and write a negative review in the AppStore.
