Well, a class suit might be in order. They can’t be incentivizing players with high reward multipliers so as to pay for maintaining their streak and then unilaterally resetting it because “they can”. This is blatant fraud.

Thank you for raising this to our attention. We'll provide these conversations to our quality team for training purposes. It appears some of these representatives were not aware of the change to killstreaks.

From the latest update 7.3.

What happens to getting rewards in win streaks, etc?

We’ve revamped the win streak where each time you complete 7 successful wins in a row, the streak resets. Rewards in 7 win streak slots have been increased to account for the update, and the overall cost to retain your win-streak has also been decreased. And you can still of course earn rewards at the end of each weekly tournament, per normal.

INCREASED?? How are 7 mints and 5 piñatas considered an “increase” when we were getting 100 plus of each with the x10 multiplier that you were incentivizing us to pay with diamonds to maintain?
How are the THOUSANDS of diamonds we bought and spent going to be compensated?

That would be very welcome if we hadn’t been ripped off of the already achieved progress and our reward multipliers were maintained!
