This is worse than I imagine. So is this just showing up on your new phone and the old one (where the old one can recover)? Are they both loaded with the same version of Android?
@eieio_31310 no, my old phone is android 8 (pie). (LgV30)
It has no sim but i still use it as a wifi tablet so i can always have one device working.
