[RESOLVED] Issues with PvZ 2 After Update 11.5.1 on iOS

I have just tried to install this new update and if you are are not running the latest software on iOS the game operates at a snails pace

Hi everyone,

Great news! The release of the PvZ 2 update 11.5.2 for iOS/iPadOS devices appears to have resolved the severe performance issues. We're considering this issue/thread resolved.

However, if you continue to experience problems after updating to 11.5.2, please let us know in this thread. Be sure to mention your device model and iOS version.

@7242be I think you are still running 11.5.1 on your device if you have the lagging issue.
Please check your PVZ2 verion and ensure you have 11.5.2 update loaded as shown in my previou post.

@EA_Leeuw That last update took care of the issue for both my devices. Thank you for escalating that for the community. You don't think you can check with the Dev team to see if they can throw some gems or mints on my account for losing my streak in the Jade league??? 😃

Thanks for the info. I checked and I'm using update 11.5.1. How do I access and download 11.5.2?

Go to App Store, search for PVZ2, locate the App (ignore the OPEN button) and click on the PVZ2 icon to open the update page, then click the UPDATE button to update.

everytime I try to play pvz2 it puts on a black screen then crashes and I don't know how to fix it but I've already restarted, cleared cache, and even cleared my storage.

2. What OS version is running on your device?
3. How much free memories is left on the device?
3. Which PVZ2 update are you using?
