Restoring account after reinstall on iOS

Today I made something stupid. There was a bug in new update, where every time I clicked on 'play' button under "Try premium mission" game crashed back to spring board :/ So i removed the app and installed again hoping that the game center or iCloud will keep my data. Well, it didn't work. There was no option to restore my account, althought I manged to restore only 1 purchase. No progress, no coins, no premium plants - nothing. I played from the very beginning almost every day, please help. iCloud is on, gamecenter is on, all of my Achievements are visible, but game dosn't see my previous account. Please help.
