restoring my progress in my game

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to request assistance regarding my Plants vs. Zombies™ 2 gaming account.

In 2019, I installed Plants vs. Zombies™ 2 for the first time and invested considerable time and effort into completing numerous missions, achieving various milestones, and unlocking many plants. However, due to certain circumstances, I had to discontinue playing the game for a while.

Recently, in 2024, I decided to reinstall the game and was delighted to find that by logging in with my old Gmail ID, I was able to retrieve my previous progress. I thoroughly enjoyed playing the game again until, unexpectedly, the game froze and shut down. Upon reopening the game, I discovered that my old ID was no longer accessible, and instead, I was prompted to start anew with fresh levels.

I am reaching out to your team to kindly request assistance in recovering my old ID, which contained all my progress from 2019. When I reinstalled the game in 2024, I was able to access the same ID that I had used in 2019. I have attached a screenshot of that ID for your reference.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in restoring my old ID with all its associated progress. I eagerly await your prompt response.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Abdul Basit

  • @BasitBABA   This is an open forum, I suggest you remove your player image to prevent it being used by people with bad intentions.  To get further help on recovering your progress, you will need to reach out EA Help Center by following the Help Center link at the bottom of this page.

Abdul, this is a players forum and you need to contact EA HELP CENTER directly as eieio says, here is my general advice that i got so fed up of writing because this sort of thing keeps on happening that i now keep it saved on my clipboard.

    Hope it helps.

If you signed up for EA's email registration scheme then you can get a unique code sent to your email address to restore your account from the backup servers.

    This takes about 5 minutes.

If you  have your player id number, you can contact EA HELP CENTER by tapping on help center at the bottom of this page.

Please note that EA can't/ won't restore an account without your player id number so please screenshot it and keep it safe.

If you have a new profile and can't get EA to recover your old one from the backup servers, they will add plants to your new startup account if you have proof of purchase from your purchase history.
