Restoring purchases frozen
Can you please help? I purchased Strawberry bomb last week and ever since, whenever I go to the store I just see a marigold that says Restoring Purchases! I can't buy anything now. Can admin overrid...

Followed advice from another thread - I closed the game, went offline, and opened it again. Then went to the store and managed to see gem bundles and buying gauntlets options. While there I connected to the internet and was able to access daily sales, in-app purchases, etc!
I'll let you know if it stays fixed next time I start the game while online, but at least that workaround seemed to do the business.
- @juliocapybara Did you get this fixed? I'm having the same issue and so far nothing has worked.
Sorry this is an ongoing issue. Many of us on the forum thought that it would be fixed by now, but it is still not fixed and we are hearing nothing from EA about the situation.

- @juliocapybara Thanks. I've tried this a couple times and it even worked twice I believe. But it just messes back up the moment I go out and into the store again. Plus, last few times I've tried I can't get it to work at all and it seems to be causing my phone to glitch and freeze now. If u hear of any other ways let me know. Thank you so much
You can get there that way but I don't recommend making a cash purchase for anything. I bought the Goo Peashooter Bundle on July 14, 2021. I only got the forever spinning daisywheel. I made out an EA claim the same day; I've played email tag with several EA Help Desk people until July 31,2021 but still no Goo Peashooter Bundle on my end. My case is still, " in progress" but I'm still waiting for the goods I purchase.
- I got my items back after several negotitations with EA Help. However, I found that I could not purchase of some new item again (e.g. Solar Sage early access bundle) as the system reported the items was possessed.
So you do have it now? I bought the bundle today and it's just the marigold loading screen and I still have no solar sage.
