I'm not sure it's a good idea to post your player ID on Internet, I think it would be better if you remove it 🙂
For your problem, I would suggest to ask it on PvZ reddit forum. EA/PopCap official there is pretty active, while there, there are questions about game bug and problems that have no answer for weeks.. :/
