restoring purchases

There is a workaround that iirc that involves switching off your wifi or going into airplane mode then opening the store.

It's somewhere on one of the many threads on the same subject. 

I have seen an Android user managed to fix similar issue on subreddit.

I copy his details and link below should you want to give it a try and please do confirm whether it helps.

It's a little tedious, but first clear your cache / uninstall-reinstall the game (only have to do this once). Make sure your data is saved to your email via the pvz2 saver, or via google-play, if you have any questions here, please ASK me before proceeding

After you get your profile loaded, go to the shop FIRST. You will see your first restore plant option pop up. Restore it. Leave shop, enter again, do this over and over till you have restored all your plants, and now, the shop should not glitch into the infinite restore loop

Not ideal, but I don't know when Popcap will be able to fix it, and this is really stopping people from buying seeds, so I hope this helps
