I’ve been playing pvz2 off and on for several years playing on android and I linked an account to save progress and eventually I switched to iPhone and still used the same account but recently I decided to redownload the game again and when I put in my email to log in I didn’t have my progress back and I’m still at the start

I get the problem solved. Do this, uninstall the game from the device, my case iPhone, or iPad, I actually solved into one and same applies to the 2nd. Then install it back and after initialized it ask you for date of birth, game login and suddenly ask you to confirm since you have several users attached, which one is yours. and Boom, you are back. In my case seems to be several months ago, but is better than lose 11 years of progress.

All it did was give me the reset progress so it didn’t work
