Saved data progress suddenly lost

    From the information shown, you either have

    :

    a) accidentally over written your old account with the new data possible by doing a forced sync

    b) the account data was corrupted or had been reset from the server side

    c) the original account was not associated with the email address you are using for the recovery

    If the problem is either a or b, there is very little chance to recover, you best bet is to make a fresh start.

    If the problem is c, then your account data theoretically is still saved somewhere in the server, but again if you do not know the player ID there is little the help center staff can help.

    Question.  Have you made any cash purchase and have receipts or proof of purchases?  If so, you might be able to reclaim these items onto your new account should you wish to start another one. 

    Let this be a hard lesson to learn for this buggy game, I have lost count how many times I told people to take note of their player ID and register their account with a working email address.
