scrabble ad freezes; can't proceed w/game. ?????
a scrabble ad will freeze not allowing me to delete it (no x). can't proceed w/game. can't go on to another game because the same thing happens w/the same ad which shows up again. HELP!!!

I am so frustrated with this glitch! As much as I enjoy playing, I am ready to uninstall the game. It seems now that every other ad can't be x'd out and I have to shut down my phone, restart the phone, and reopen the app again. You can imagine how time consuming this is and I don't know how to fix it or get help.
