scrabble ad freezes; can't proceed w/game. ?????

a scrabble ad will freeze not allowing me to delete it (no x).  can't proceed w/game.  can't go on to another game because the same thing happens w/the same ad which shows up again.  HELP!!!

I've been playing the game all weekend and not seeing the issue with ads. On some ads you will have a small x in the top left corner and others will have a button called close in the bottom left. Do you not have either of these on the ads? If possible can you take a screenshot?
