Season reward glitch(pvz 2)

while playing arena my game crashed after restarting the game it showed the battle was over and then nothing happened, my tournament points were same but when I checked my season points, i was at 496 points before that game, I had crossed 500 points points and unlocked 200 puffball seed packets.when I looked in the almanac it didn't show me the 200 seed packets I got and my puffball didn't had any upgrade option, I restarted the game twice and double checked but all in vain. please help me with this issue
