Hello, I've had this problem once my game progress doesn't want to save here are some screenshots:
my PlayerID from current game (I want to know how I can just SAVE my god damn progress?

Where I can contact them?

If you're playing adventure mode the game should save automatically every time you complete a level.
There are no screenshots with your post and you should never post your player i.d. on a public forum, if you need to contact EA HELP tap EA HELP at the bottom of the screen.

Tokens is what EA call gauntlets, i assume you mean coins?
Whatever it is tap HELP CENTER at the bottom of the page and fill out a missing content report for which you will need your player i.d. number and screenshots of the problem.
