[SUGGESTION] Power Costumes for Plants

Everybody is sad to know that costumes are worthless. But, I do have a suggestion to bring the costumes back.

Introducing, the Power Costumes!

Each Plant has many different costumes, and each costume has different abilities.

For Example: One of Snow Pea's Winter Costumes adds more durability to freeze zombies longer, the other adds more damage, the other increases radius, etc.

Popcap should look forward to bring back previously released costumes as the new "Power Costumes", complete with more new Power Costumes to come in future updates.

Keep on Planting, and Zap the Zombies!
