The am pretty confidant that the 'crash' happens when I play BattleZ Seasons on both devices at the same time !
I am surrendering on both devices at different times but both are open and active simultaneously !

I was allowed to surrender peacefully this morning. No crash and no hari kari requested of me (or my streak) !
This afternoon was a different story. Forced exit upon surrendering.
I received credit for the FREE Play and my streak did not get reset ! How wild is that ??
Your tip about device maintenance was worthy of learning about but it did not resolve the PvZ2 crashes (as I expected it would not do so) which continue for my older Android S7.
but it is good to learn such features exist !
sw 7.4.1 still has ad crashes (see other post)
