If you have regiestered your email address with the PVZ2 App and it shows you two new accounts after the ID conflict screen on a new installation, your only option left is to get help from the advisor to recover your original progress, please follow the Help Center link at the bottom of this page to contact them either by email or a live chat (whichever is available from your geographic region).
Note: you will also need to provide your original player ID so the advisor can recover the correct account from the backup server.
