Hi,
What is your opinion on Teleportato Mine’s effectiveness in Arena? I only got it to level 2 and wonder if I should buy the upgrade piñata before it’s gone.

For Arena matches, the effectiveness will be situational. Personally, I think this plant has a unique feature where it will be very useful for tricky quests such as an open portal appearing on the 1st two columns near to the house, then you can remove the thread by teleporting the zombies away from the house and avoiding lawn mower being triggered.
Whether your gems is limited or not, I suggest you upgrade it as far as you can, this is because you can still earn gems tomorrow, next week and next month, but once the Teleportato mine seeds are gone there might be a long wait for it to return.
