Tiki Torch-er Level 7

3 Level 1 Twin Sunflowers on the lawn and when I placed Enlightenmint (level 1) on the lawn only two Twin Sunflowers provided SUN. Only 200 SUN. Is this all the Level 1 produces ?

Could it be a bug or a recharge timing issue perhaps ?
Maybe the boost just isn't long enough to generate SUN for every plant ?
I would be curious if anyone else can duplicate/refute this with Level 1 plants.
Update: I just played a few more Tiki Torch-er levels and had it happen again with three Twin SunFlowers but also had all 3 Twin SunFlowers provide 100 SUN !
So it is a recharge timing issue...which may or may not occur.

I thought I read it somewhere that the BS plant (enlighten-mint) should provide temporary boost to its family plants. Only 2 out of 3 are working sounds to me there is a design bug.
